FAQ

Who can sign in to the portal?
The portal is free for existing Tirugo customers and their authorised staff. Your Tirugo contact person activates access for you and your colleagues.
What documents are in the portal?
All documents related to your Tirugo lift tables: quotes, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, maintenance reports, declarations of conformity, operating manuals, and equipment-specific spare parts lists.
How secure is my portal account?
We use Argon2id password hashing, TLS 1.3, mandatory two-factor authentication (TOTP), and an immutable audit log. All data is stored on servers in Germany and Switzerland. Details in the Trust Center.
Can multiple employees from our company have access?
Yes. Each customer account can have multiple users. Roles (read-only, request submission, administration) can be configured individually. Please contact your Tirugo account manager.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot password" in the login area. You will receive a secure reset link by email within minutes. The link is valid for 15 minutes and single-use.
How does two-factor authentication work?
After signing in with email and password, you are prompted once to set up an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy). On each subsequent sign-in, you also enter a 6-digit code from the app. This protects your account even if your password is compromised.
