All our products are CE compliant and manufactured in accordance with the applicable Machinery Directive. On request, we also supply:

• ATEX versions: for explosive atmospheres (Zone 1/2)
• Food-grade versions: with approved lubricants and stainless steel components
• Clean room versions: with oil-free spindle drive (SFL series)

Every delivery includes the complete declaration of conformity and operating instructions.

In Switzerland, SUVA (Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund) requires an annual inspection of power-operated lifting platforms and lift tables. In Germany, BGV D27 (lifting platforms) and the current DGUV regulations apply. Tirugo carries out these inspections throughout Switzerland and issues a written inspection report.

In practice, the terms lift table and lifting platform are often used interchangeably. Both refer to stationary or mobile devices that raise and lower loads to an ergonomic working height. In Switzerland and Germany, "lift table" (Hubtisch) is the more common technical term, while "lifting platform" (Hebebühne) is widely used in everyday language and international contexts. Both series are flat form lift tables from Flexlift, but optimised for different applications:

• FE (Euro Pallets): The platform corresponds to the Euro pallet size (910 / 1,150 mm width). Ideal for warehousing, order picking and material staging: short reaching distances, full foot clearance. Load capacities 300–2,000 kg.
• F-CE (Rectangular Platform): Closed rectangular platform for ergonomic workstations, pick & pack and assembly stations. Optionally available with an access ramp for ground-level loading without pit installation. Load capacities 300–2,500 kg.

No, pit installation is not mandatory. The F-CE series is optionally available with a short access ramp that enables ground-level loading without a pit. The FE series, with its low installed height from 70 mm (depending on load capacity), is already very flat and can be accessed with ramps. For applications requiring regular ground-level access, however, we recommend pit installation or the access ramp.

PETec work tables use a spindle-chain system instead of hydraulics, no oil, no leak risk, no fire hazard. Ideal for clean environments, electronics manufacturing and food processing. Overview:

• Basic (up to 750 kg): 2 height-adjustable legs; electric 230 V, battery, crank or cordless drill
• Advanced (up to 12 t): 4 legs, synchronised adjustment
• Professional (up to 1,500 kg): 360° swivelling, impact-resistant worktop
• ProFlex trestles (up to 2,000 kg): work, support and clamping trestles, mobile

TransOrt MobilLift devices are AGR-certified internal lifting aids (Campaign for Healthier Backs) and are proven to relieve spinal strain. Depending on the model and attachment, they can:

Yes. Tirugo offers preventive maintenance contracts as an annual flat rate. These include:

A scissor lift table is a lifting device that raises and lowers a load vertically by means of two crossing steel arms arranged in a scissor formation. As the scissors spread apart the platform travels upwards, and as they close it moves downwards, keeping the table stable and tilt-resistant even under full load. Depending on the design, the drive is hydraulic or via spindle, belt or push chain; as a stationary lifting platform it complies with EN 1570. Tirugo's Flexlift lift tables cover load capacities up to 12,000 kg.

Tirugo supplies the PETec table systems as continuously height-adjustable assembly and work tables with a spindle-chain drive, entirely without hydraulics. Depending on the series, the load capacity ranges from 300 kg (Mono) and 750 kg (Basic) up to 12 t (Advanced); the Professional series can also swivel through 360° up to 1,500 kg. Ergonomically, the recommended working height follows the standard DIN EN ISO 14738 and is based on elbow height, the standard suggests roughly 95–115 cm for typical assembly work (a norm-based recommendation, not a PETec product specification). This can only be achieved reliably with a continuously adjustable table.

Hydraulic lift tables are robust and economical for classic lifting loads. Electromechanical drives (spindle or belt) operate entirely without oil: no leak risk, no fire hazard and more precise positioning, which makes them suitable for clean rooms, pharmaceutical and food applications. The Flexlift spindle lift table SFL achieves ±1 mm positioning accuracy and up to 12,000 kg; the PETec work tables likewise use an oil-free spindle-chain system. A compact lift table is a space-saving scissor lift table for tight installation situations. The Flexlift FK series covers load capacities from 500 to 10,000 kg (closed heights from 180 mm) and has a modular design, with the FK-D (double scissor) and FK-T (tandem scissor) variants. Tirugo supplies these compact lift tables as the exclusive Swiss partner of Flexlift.

A low-profile (flat form) lift table is a particularly low-built Flexlift lift table for pit installation or ground-level loading, with installed heights from 55 mm at load capacities up to 8,000 kg. It can either be recessed into a floor pit (with the platform flush to the hall floor) or accessed at ground level via a short access ramp without a pit. The exact pit depth depends on the model; Tirugo provides a matching pit plan for this purpose.

The number denotes the diameter of the grid bore holes: System 16 is for fine, detailed work, System 28 transmits higher clamping forces in steel and jig construction, and System 22 sits in between; the accessories are not compatible between the systems. Tirugo's height-adjustable PETec welding tables use a Siegmund top with the 16 mm hole system and carry up to 5,000 kg, while the matching welding, clamping and support trestles carry up to 2,000 kg.

Yes. For automated production and transfer systems, Flexlift offers cycle-resistant lift tables with a patented wedge-spreading system, lift heights up to 6,000 mm and load capacities up to 12,000 kg. They are PLC-capable and can be integrated seamlessly into existing control systems via the PLC interface; 3D CAD models support the system planning.

For ergonomic lifting and positioning, Tirugo offers Flexlift lift tables up to 12 t, compact MobilLift mini lifts for lighter loads, and height-adjustable PETec work tables. These bring loads to the correct working height instead of lifting them manually. All solutions are Made in Germany and are offered throughout Switzerland with consultation, installation and service.

Yes. After their first commissioning, power-operated lifting platforms and lift tables must be inspected by a competent person at intervals of no more than one year; maintenance and inspection must be documented in accordance with EKAS Directive 6512 (work equipment). Tirugo carries out this annual, SUVA-compliant inspection throughout Switzerland and independently of the manufacturer, and issues a written inspection report. Yes. Tirugo supplies original Flexlift spare parts as well as compatible spare parts for all common lift table makes, including equipment from other manufacturers. Through direct contact with the manufacturers, we achieve short delivery times. The spare parts supply can optionally form part of a maintenance contract.

Tirugo carries exclusively products from German manufacturers: lift tables from Flexlift (Bielefeld), height-adjustable work and welding tables from PETec (Meschede) and the mobile MobilLift lifting aids from TransOrt (Schmallenberg). All three manufacture Made in Germany; the AGR-certified (Campaign for Healthier Backs) MobilLift mini lifts lift up to 400 kg in a back-friendly way. Tirugo is the authorised Swiss distributor and handles consultation, installation and service throughout Switzerland.

In French-speaking Switzerland, « table élévatrice » is the most common term; « plateforme élévatrice » and « table de levage » are also used, and for scissor lift tables « table élévatrice à ciseaux ». Tirugo consistently uses these terms across its French product and service pages, thereby covering all search variants used in the Suisse romande.
