- Mobile lift table: a full electro-hydraulic industrial lift table that is fitted with castors or relocated by forklift. It combines the load capacity, lifting performance and controls of a stationary lift table with the option of changing location.
- Mobile work table: a height-adjustable work table on castors that serves as a mobile workstation. The PETec tables belong in this category; they can be moved even when loaded.
The search terms overlap, but the requirements behind them do not: bringing loads to working height every day and tying the table into a process calls for different equipment than occasionally lifting a crate.
When a manual lift table trolley is enough and where its limits lie
A manual lift table trolley is a proven solution for occasional lifting and for moving smaller loads within a facility. It is quickly at hand, needs neither a power connection nor installation and can be operated by one person. For a workshop, goods receipt or the odd transfer between two stations, little speaks against it.
Its limits show in continuous use. Repeated pumping tires the operator and costs time, heavy loads push the manual mechanism and the operator to their limits, and repeatable positioning or connection to a control system is not part of the concept. As soon as a table becomes part of a process, loads are lifted regularly or ergonomic requirements apply, it is worth looking at electro-hydraulic solutions. We deliberately give no specific capacity or price figures for third-party products; the assessment here remains qualitative.
Mobile Flexlift lift tables: industrial quality that changes location
As a rule: every Tirugo lift table can be picked up from underneath by forklift and relocated that way. If the location changes only rarely, for example when a layout is rearranged, no special equipment is needed.
For regular relocation, the Flexlift FE flat form series can be ordered in a mobile version. Instead of the standard two rollers and two fixed bearings, the table is then fitted with four castors. Relocating is deliberately simple: the castors are released with an Allen key, then the table is pulled by its coupling point using the lever roller and manoeuvres like a pallet truck. A full industrial lift table changes its place of use without a forklift being required.
